How to make a research in Casa Cenina's catalog

Date Added: 06/14/2010
Looking for a product in a wide catalog (more than 62.000 products) can seem very hard. Actually, with our research system finding what you want to buy or just to see on Casa Cenina has become easier.
If you know the producer, you can directly go to the specific page, select the name of the concerned enterprise and just see the products according to the date, name or price order.
You can also proceed according to the categories, by choosing among fabrics, threads, books etc. But if you know the title (or a part of it) of the product you are interested in, look for it directly in the box in the upper part of the website. You can restrain the research to a precise section of the catalog by inserting in the little window of the white box a category. In order to obtain a wider selection of products, just make the research on the whole catalog.
If you know the code of the product or the pattern (both of them are in each product chart in our website) you can insert the mixture of letters and numbers directly in the white box.
Whatever you insert (a code or a simple title), you will be redirected to a page of products listed according to their relevance. You can decide to order them also according to their name, producer, date or selling percentage. Moreover, as you can see in the upper part of the page, the results are also organized according to their categories.

Just an example to make things clearer. We want to buy some "pink tulle". We insert in the white box these two words and we start the research. The first page will tell us that the overall results are 583. Too many products, you may think. But you can restrain the selection to the 22 products in "Fabrics&Bands" or to the 246 in "Haberdashery&Acc". You'll see that the pink tulle is the first of the list!

If you are also looking for something more precise and if you want to save some of your time, you can use some little tricks (those we use here at Casa Cenina) and that we will gradually disclose to you.

A common necessity is that of finding a DMC thread just to buy it or because we want to compare it with the color of a piece of fabric. Having a look at the four pages of the DMC moulinés is of course very practical if you want to buy with a few clicks several threads, but if you need to find a precise thread, it is easier to insert in the research box the exact reference. We put a code on the DMC threads which is FILDMC and then the number of the color. Which means that if you insert in the box the code FILDMC310 you will obtain the black mouliné by DMC. The same goes with all the other colors. It's easy, isn't it?
