Here we go on with our guide of the navigation of our website.
As it's our webmaster Giovanni and us who organize the pages and the boxes of the site, we often do not understant the eventual difficulties of our "embroidering-friends" when exploring the products and the different sections offered by CasaCenina.com.
For such a reason, your e-mails help us with the so called "usability" of the website. Which means that in this post and in the following ones we will try to make you know more deeply the structure of the website so that by simple clicks you can really feel at home 
Today we'll better explain to you how the Wishlist works. First of all, the Wishlist is a tool that allows you to "put aside" the products you want to buy which are not available at the moment or that you cannot afford right now.
In the chart of each product there is the button "in wish list", just under the image next to the button "in cart". Once clicked on this button, you will enter your personal Wishlist where all the products you have booked are listed. The difference between a booked and a non-booked product is that once the booked product is available again, you will receive an automatic mail from our system so that you can decide whether or not insert the product in your cart. Actually reserving or inserting a product in your wish-list doesn't oblige you to buy the product! It's up to you to choose if you want to insert the products from your Wishlist to the cart! The e-mail alert is a completely free service which just informs you on the new availability of the product.
You can consult your Wishlist by clicking, once logged-in, on the button on the right of the Homepage, under the Cart.
And wishes become true at Casa Cenina!

I had already discovered the wishlist which is so nice when you are shopping over multiple evenings. I also cannot believe that you offer your website in so many languages. Salve! Sì, la mia lista dei desideri è lunghissima: nella wishlist ho ben 372 articoli. Non c'è un limite, vero? Qui ci sono tantissimi bei schemi, kit, accessori solitamente introvabili nelle comuni mercerie...e chi ci va più?!!! Ormai da quando ho scoperto Casa Cenina, son diventata una vostra fedelissima cliente e compro soltanto da voi. L'idea dei mattoncini poi, che permette di beneficiare di sconti è davvero conveniente. Ripensando a come rendere più agevole la visione degli articoli della wishlist, mi piacerebbe avere la possibilità di scorrerli tutti in un'unica schermata senza dover cliccare sulle singole pagg per passare da un gruppetto all'altro. E' possibile già? Ora riguardo la mia lista. Ciaoooo :)

non ci sono limiti nella wishlist, come non ci sono limiti nello esprimere desideri! :-)
Ti ringraziamo per i complimenti e anche per i consigli, ma per il momento preferiamo mantenere la visualizzazione uguale a quella delle novità etc. anche perché inserire 372 articoli in una sola pagina è un po' complicato!
Ma vedremo di migliorare!

Sarebbe comodo, se possibile, essere avvertiti gli articoli della Wishtlist che in breve tempo non saranno più in catalogo, così da avere la possibilità di ordinarli o di cancellarli....io ho perso uno schema di Mucha uscito dal catalogo..e non sapete la tristezza!!!!!!visto che avevo una delle donne come schema e 2 dei kit di lanarte...volevo completare la serie e invece..non c' stato verso (detto alla toscana) di trovarlo di nuovo....avendo io in lista la bellezza di 982 articoli, e per lo più schemi....tenerli tutti sotto controllo è molto, molto difficile...per cui avere un sistema che ti permette magari con una email che ti avverte che in tempo "x" non sarà più disponibile il prodotto....sarebbe una grossa comodità...pensateci....e siete fantastici come al solito

Ciao Lauretta :) il problema è che spesso anche noi sappiamo che un prodotto non ci sarà più solo quando effettivamente ... non c'è più e i fornitori non ce lo mandano! Purtroppo questo capita assai spesso, un po' con tutti i fornitori, a parte le situazioni in cui mettiamo un prodotto in quantità limitata perchè già sappiamo che non ci verrà riassortito.
In questo caso però nella scheda prodotto è indicato il numero di pezzi ancora disponibili in magazzino e la cosa migliore è provvedere subito ad ordinarlo così da evitare che vada esaurito.
