Landscape views like little gems

Date Added: 04/09/2015
Hi Folks!
Renato Parolin - one of the Italian cross stitch designers most renowned and appreciated in the world - is surprising us once again, with a range of charts fully dedicated to places, which Italians, too, most probably, know very few about!

In his own way, the designer, in fact, has portrayed some small, almost hidden, Italian villages, in their most appealing locations, turning them into unique "stitching gems" of absolute, simple beauty, as it's always been in his unmistakable style

From the most unexplored angles of Piemonte, Liguria, Valle d'Aosta, Lombardia and Friuli, snowy little views - charming and cocoon-like among white snowflakes - come out from the silent night around.

Acquabianca, Terrarossa and Pietranera; Novalesa, Rosignano Monferrato, Primaluna and Scaldasole; Quincod, Introd, Quinis and Nimis are all little hamlets, coming to life through the cross stitches of these brand new projects, in an homage to the "magic of small things", getting straight to the heart
And, just like this designer has always showed us, these patterns are perfect to be stitched as a series, or individually.

Exactly like the thirty small designs of the unique sampler called Placida Notte, where the landscape patterns become miniatures (they all have a cross stitch count of approx. 36X49 cm), though certainly not less expressive, in an harmonic symphony of color shades, enlightened in the night

A brand new way of discovering some little treasures in Italy, cross stitch after cross stitch... We bet, we're going to fancy a trip to each single, little village of these!!!

Happy XXX stitching XXX and here from us soon!!
