Letters from Nora

Date Added: 09/28/2009
Among the last new products of Casa Cenina's catalog, there are the Nora Corbett's letters. Nora is the famous Mirabilia's designer best known for her "fairies", who are present heven in these new charts. Each alphabet letter is actually endowed with a winged godmother whose name starts with the letter represented in the chart. Long silk hair and floating dresses to decorate the initial of your name. Considering the little dimensions (at least 10 centimetres), you could spell your name or that of your friends and put the little charts on your wall.
Nora is following her mother's footsteps. Marilynn Leavitt-Imblum is in fact designer for Lavender&Lace and it seems that it's her who has made her daughter fall in love with the watercolors and the Nordic sagas. Magic is one of Nora's peculiar characteristics. She actually loves creating sophisticated subjects, all surrounded with mistery. One of the most stricking facts about Nora is that she is really productive. In a few months, she has menaged to realize several new charts, among which we need to mention the 21 alphabet letters. Nora has embroidered them on 32ct Waterlily linen with Crescent Colours threads and adding some Mill Hill pearls and metalled threads as you like.
How can Nora have been able to create so fast all these charts? She even has to take care of two sons, Ian and Jack, and of a huge house in Granville, Ohio. By the way, it is true that her land inspired her lots of romantic scenes and she created for her sons an entire series, the "Little Stitches": little images of playing children.
And we can find such a tenderness in the fairy letters that Casa Cenina suggests you this month
