We work hard to provide customer service that is second to none with a focus on delivery times, pricing and customer contact.
- We aim to hold all the products on our website in stock to provide a fast turn-around of all orders.
Inside any products page you will find if it is available in that moment and, in case of a stock shortage, you can see the estimated time to despatch it.
- All orders are processed within one working day.
- The combination of the above factors mean that in many cases, an Italian customer (great part of destinations inside Italy) will receive their goods the next working day if we receive their order before 11am (with the fast delivery method - otherwise within three days from the order)
- Where we cannot fulfill the complete order in seven days, due to a stock shortage, make a part despatch of the items that we have in stock, and then forward the balance of the order at no extra delivery charge. Customers are notified by email or telephone when we cannot fulfill the complete order and an estimated delivery date for the items on back order is given. Customers also have the option to cancel the items on back order. This applies to all orders including orders from international destinations.
- We only charge your credit/debit card for the items that are being despatched and only on the day of despatch.
- We send a confirmation email on receipt of order and an email notifying of despatch, on the day the goods are sent.
- All customers will receive an email from CasaCenina.com within one working day of placing an order.
- All customers will receive an answer to a request via email from CasaCenina.com within one working day of post (we tend to answer within two hours!!!!).
