Among the several requests we receive, we are often asked to send some samples of threads or fabrics. We entirely understand your needs, also because we -fond of embroidery- know what touching by hand the products means. Of course the images of our website (which, we repeat, are given by the producers) are clear and they represent a good window of what we sell. But... actually the on-line purchase has the disadvantage of not allowing to see, touch and even smell fabrics and threads.
For this reason, we know that having the samples in our hands would eliminate a lot of your doubts. A bit like the samples of the creams we receive in the Perfume Shops. Before spending a lot of money for a body lotion, we want to check if it irritates our skin or if it leaves a bad smell.
However, unfortunately it is not possible to send you some free pieces of threads and fabrics. The producers give us only the products for the sale and rarely (not to say never) it happens that there are some leftovers of fabric and threads we can send you.
We absolutely do not open (never and ever) the packs coming from the producers, thus it is not possible to use the bobines of threads in order to create some samples.
However there is a solution offered by the major producers. In the specific page you will find the cards realised directly by Zweigart and DMC. Little pieces of fabric and of thread to touch and to choose before buying a product and realizing a creation!
