Cinzia has described perfectly as structured the volume and direction of Chinese painting. Although a technique that does not want to practice a useful guide to know an art mostly unknown and the spirit that animates it. Highly recommended to the most curious.

I purchased this book for pure curiosity Since Oriental art has always interested me a little, but was missing in my wealth of experience. This book shows how, with a few brush marks and decided net, you can make animals, flowers and landscapes, outlining only and exclusively to us that the essence of the image. The ink strokes are different depending on how you tilt the brush, color spots "move" deform and create clean lines, giving rise to the precise form to be obtained. It does not seem to painting, but calligraphy. In fact in this book it is called "write a framework." The sentence of Shi Tao, I read a long time ago, well explains this philosophy: "The painting obeys to the ink, the ink to the brush, brush in hand, the hand to the heart of the painter". Charming. Also because every figure linked to a symbol and has a precise meaning. So in every painting there is a hidden message. Cinzia.
