Our Festa del Ricamo is getting closer and in about 15 days from the USA, the real native place of patchwork, will arrive McKenna Ryan, artist among the most famous ones in this sector. We cannot but welcome McKenna in our Tuscany with a lot of colored fabrics! For such a reason we are adding more and more motifs in the section Quilt & Patchwork. And with the new season, flowers and bright colors decorate all the fabrics! To be more precise, the name of McKenna is linked to Hoffman Fabrics, the most important producer in the world of patchwork fabrics for which she has created several patterns. McKenna uses exclusively these fabrics with her brand Pine Needles that actually states: Simply Beautiful… Beautifully Simple. Bringing depth and dimension is the main aim of McKenna in her patterns, especially by using the Batik fabrics, where shades play one with the other and create absolutely unique motifs.
