News and enchantment with the charts from Palmyre
Les Grilles de PalmyreThe 100% French brand Les Grilles de Palmyre has been offering us extremely original projects, often inspired by trips to Africa and the Far East, for almost a year, now. Among them, however, there are even more "classical" charts, typically focusing on Xmas and Winter subjects, so that you can start order them right now, already and then give them as perfect presents, under the Christmas tree! Patricia Jahier, the designer behind this brand Les Grilles de Palmyre loves matching cross stitch and special stitches, while also alternating monochromatic designs with more colorful projects, creating a unique "game of contrast". That's why Patricia's creations are all very different from each other and absolutely "one-off".

The Petit bestiaire médiéval is the latest project fremo Grilles de Palmyre and is partly inspired by the ocher pottery typical of the Middle Ages and partly by the so-called bestiaries used in the past to catalog both pets (such as cats and dogs), wild animals (such as lions, or wild boars), fantasy animals (like unicorns), as well as hybrid animals (like griffins). An extremely lively, amazingly colorful and large project! Just think that we're talking of something like 23,000 stitches: it's up to you, now, the hard - nevertheless amazingly pleasant - adventure of stitching this brand new design from Patricia
