Eileen Bennett of The Sampler House has released this booklet, which reveals a great deal more information about Jane Bostocke, who stitched her sampler in 1598. This sampler now resides in the Victoria & Albert Museum in London. Eileen has done a remarkable feat of research not only on Jane Bostocke but also Alice Lee, to whom the sampler was dedicated as a birthday gift.
The book is soft-cover, 26 pages, and contains family trees of Jane and Alice and a chart for a small portion of the sampler.
