Directly from Germany the brand new charts by Acufactum by Ute Menze, among the principal representatives of the German embroidery. Her creations propose hearts, Christmas decorations and motifs all to be embroidered. Of course knowing German will make it easier to understand these charts which are actually full of photos and precise instructions. Do inaugurate your autumn with one of these very nice lucky objects or with the series of books dedicated to hearts. Another German artist is Fingerht C. Dahlbeck who proposes booklets on classical themes of cross-stitching: seasons, feasts, decorations, flowers etc. Christiane Dahlbeck get amused with sea embroideries, flowers and cross-stitching games. As we had already told you in one of our previous posts, German embroidery is absolutely not so hard and strict as you may think. Rather the German style as far as embroidery is concerned, is very goos and these two artists witness it!
