Needlepoint

Often considered as a "minor" art inside the wide embroidery world, the needlepoint is however one of the most appreciated technique by young embroiderers. The simplicity of the needlepoint is perhaps more a legend than reality, but it is however true that the final results are undoubtedly excellent! Other the classical canvas, to embroider and hang on the walls of your rooms, the needlepoint can be used for more original products, like these very nice bags by Janlynn Corporation, with, on the spot, a CAT, some SUNFLOWERS and a very nice girl in 'Til You Drop. However, maybe cushions are the most wide-spread ready to stitch products for the needlepoint. Among the most loved, with no doubt, the cushions by Michael Powell which represent two vases of flowers and hearts int the typical British style of Michael. Often the kits include the pillowcases for the cushion to embroider. You will just need some padding. However, needlepoint is a wonderful instrument to approach embroidery for the first time: with a few, simple stitches, it will be possible to show to your friends some little masterpieces!
