Join our Festa del Ricamo 2013!

HI there!

Well, we disclosed it to you just a few days ago - in this same blog and in our Newsletter - and now we're ready to confirm it...

Our "Festa del Ricamo 2013" has been scheduled: it's going to be on 9th June!!!

And while you're starting saving the date in your organizers and calendars (the most traditional ones of you and on your iPads, tablets, smart phones and various electronic devices (the most technological ones of you), let us tell you that the seventh edition of this event of ours is going to be something truly special, in spite of the sad tradition of the "crisis in the seventh year"!

There are many reasons for this and we'r enot certainly going to tell you all of them here: there must be a little suspense, after all ...
However, one of these reasons, in particular, has a name... And it's the name of one of the greatest and most beloved cross stitch designers of all: a lovely lady who has signed - in over thirty years of carrier - projects for the most prestigious brands and publishers in of this industry, definitely contributing to make our "little crosses" successful all over the world!

We have thought to invite her (and she has just accepted with the humility and joyful availability that only the truly great personalities can show!), to get back to the essence of the origins of our most famous yearly event, though matching it to the experience directly at the warehouse, launched last year.
As a matter of fact, this means that our Festa is going to have a double value: on the one hand, the opportunity of meeting someone who has actually given an amazing contribute to the history of cross stitch and spend some time with her and with her amazing number of published designs and projects; while, on the other, the chance to do your shopping directly in our warehouse, seeing from real all those items that are usually tempting you just through your monitors

Our Festa del Ricamo is starting at 10 am and closing at 6 pm, non stop, and is going to be held contemporarily between our warehouse and the Resort Santa Flora - that many of you already know quite well - and it will be organized so to allow you to make the most of the event at both locations. There'll be time to tell you what's all about, however, as usual, rest reassured that we're going to do our best for this special day to stay forever in your eyes and hearts and we're sure that - if ever there might be a little issue - you'll be greatly "paid back" by everything's we're getting ready for you

So, let's start with this little game... try to guess who's going to be our welcome guest, starting from this clue: as they say in her country of origin, she's truly a "guest star"... Oh Dear... Sound like we've already spoken too much!!! ... But, we promise, the mystery is not going to last too long... Maybe because we're also looking forward to introducing our wonderful guest, as she certainly deserves, and revealing this great surprise
