No Tilda, no Summer!

Tilda Bloomsville: all the colors of Summer.

A real “explosion of vivid colors and blooming flowers”, as described by Tone Finnanger herself, are the hallmarks of her new collection called Bloomsville and expressly designed for any crafty project dedicated to the most longed for season of the year.

The feature design, Garden Vista. is clearly inspired by the traditional chinoiserie, with its vibrant color shades, as well as by the sweet motif found on a vase from an old factory that closed in the Sixties. The Garden Vista prints are perfect for small decorative pillows, bags and fun details in a quilt.

The bold flower motives of Late Bloomer also belongs to the new collection Bloomsville: they re-echo the typical ones of chintz: the Indian, sturdy cotton canvas with a glossy finish that has always been much appreciated worldwide, even as an upholstery fabric, and standing out for its lively color shades. These large, imaginative flowers are easy to cut into, making the pattern work well for both large and small pieces.
