One Discount leads to another at Casa Cenina!

A brief explanation of our Promotion:

Gain a voucher equal to 20% on the value of the products you have bought (excluding the products already on Offer and Crazy Price)
Use your voucher for a new order with the following times

The necessary conditions to activate the offer One Discount leads to another are:

Payment trhough PayPal or Credit Card
All the prodcuts you order must be immediately available
In order to receive the voucher to spend the following day, your order must correspond to a minimum of 50€
In order to spend the obtained voucher the previous day the order you will make should be equal or superior to the total of the gained voucher and all the products must be available

The promotion in detail:

By reaching a minimal order of 50€ the offer One Discount leads to another will be activated and you will have the right to receive a voucher equal to 20% on the valu of the purchased products, that you can be used on a second order made within and not after the indicated times.
The voucher is automatically calculated and the total will be visualized on the page of your Cart.
Remember that not all the products on sale on Casa Cenina can make you obtain the cut, like, for example the products which are already on offer, with the Crazy Price or for which in the site it is indicated that for the moment they are not available!
The cut, once confirmed the order, will be credited automatically and you can use it from 00.00 to 23.59 of the following day, with no possible exception.
In order to use the credited total you will have to make a new order within this time, whose amount is equal or superior to the total of the same discount, ex: today I receive a voucher of 20€, tomorrow this amount will be deducted if I make a new order of the same amount or superior of 20€ accumulated the previous day. In any case, the amount should be used once. Moreover, the products inserted in the order which benefits from the voucher must all be indicated as available.
Starting from 00.00 of the following day of the order genrating the discount, the total previously credited, if not used, will be cancelled authomatically and it will never be credited again.
The offer is valid only for the orders payed through Credit Card or Paypal.
Casa Cenina is entitled to modify in any moment the terms, the times, the products included in the offer, but in no case we will make some modifications on the well achieved orders.
Casa Cenina is entitled to modify/eliminate the total or/and the times of credit/cancellation of the voucher, in case of problems linked to not achieved payments.
The offer is strictly personal and related to the account of the person making the order which generates a voucher, in no case it is transferable on other accounts.
The offer does not modify the cuts you are entitled to for the mechanism of the "Conta le Case" and the purchased products will be added to the accumulated bricks.

The promotion in a clear example:

First order - total 60€ (all the products are available, no discounted products, no other vouchers of One Discount leads to another): a voucher of 12€ will be credited

Second order

case 1 - total of the products 11€: no cut and no voucher for the following day
case 2 - total of the products 13€ (all the products are available, no discounted products): a cut of 12€ matured with the first order, but no voucher for the following day
case 3 - total of the products 72€ (all the products are available, no discounted products): a cut of 12€ matured with the first order and it is credited a new voucher calculated on 72€ (equal to 14.40€) net of the voucher already assigned and so equal to 2.40€ which can be eventually used the following day.

non è giusto che le promozioni sono solo per chi paga con le carte di credito perchè coloro che non le posseggono devono essere escluse sono clienti come le altre grazie Gaby

Gaby ci fa notare che la promozione è valida solo per chi paga con carta di credito o Paypal. L'iniziativa non ha alcuna volontà discriminante, ma occorre considerare che il meccanismo è totalmente automatico e legato a tempistiche brevi (per usufruire del gift voucher è necessario inviare un nuovo ordine entro il giorno successivo!) e conseguentemente l'attesa del pagamento alla consegna comporterebbe il fatto che dovremmo tenere bloccato l'ordine sino a quando non avremo ricevuto il pagamento del precedente. Quando un meccanismo è automatico è necessario che questo funzioni senza alcun intervento "ad personam" delle ragazze di Casa Cenina. La promozione comporta il fatto che lo sconto è subordinato all'accettazione e al pagamento dell'ordine precedente, dobbiamo, quindi, avere la certezza che l'ordine sia pagato, recapitato e accettato (cosa che non può avvenire fino alla consegna). Come si può vedere anche il pagamento con Bonifico è stato escluso e i motivi sono gli stessi di cui sopra, anche se va detto che la modalità di pagamento alla consegna è un indubbio vantaggio rispetto a chi utilizza gli altri metodi: il pagamento viene effettuato soltanto al ricevimento della merce mentre con gli altri sistemi il pagamento viene effettuato al momento dell'ordine e/o al momento della spedizione. Grazie a Gaby di averci dato l'opportunità di chiarire questo aspetto dell'iniziativa.

Aggiungiamo che nelle carte di credito accettate è compresa la carta PostePay, che è equiparata nella gestione ad una carta di credito Visa. Speriamo così che anche i dubbi a riguardo siano chiariti :)

Io scelgo sempre il pagamento alla consegna e francamente avevo intenzione di fare un ordine verso il 2-4 gennaio. La vostra iniziativa mi lascia però un attimo perplessa: in primo luogo perché penso che almeno per quanto riguarda il primo ordine dovrebbe essere concesso uno sconto a tutti, in secondo luogo perché temo un ingolfamento di ordini, per cui il mio ordine andrà indietro a tutti gli altri. Il fatto di aver optato per una forma completamente automatizzata della gestione della promozione (come ha esaurientemente spiegato Giovanni nel commento in risposta a Gabry) è dovuto, fra le altre cose, proprio ad evitare un maggior carico sul magazzino e sulla gestione clienti, carico di lavoro che inevitabilmente avrebbe portato a qualche ritardo sulle spedizioni. Questo invece non avverrà e, fatti salvi gli impicci di poste e corrieri nei periodi festivi, le spedizioni avverranno regolarmente per tutti gli ordini, che abbiano o non abbiano il voucher. Come abbiamo avuto modo di "raccontarvi" anche sul nostro blog, noi non chiudiamo e saremo qui tutti i giorni feriali e manderemo avanti la preparazione dei pacchi e degli ordini come di consueto.

io vado un po ' controcorrente. a me è sembrata una bella iniziativa, e ne ho anche approfittato! mi è piaciuto soprattutto il fatto che lo sconto è legato anche ai mattoncini, i genere quando ci sono sconti particolari, questi non vengono considerati cumulativi a quelli gia' in corso. ho fatto un bell'ordine il giorno precendete, ho preso un bello sconto, e il giorno successivo l'ho scalato ragazze è un bello scontone ! auguri a tutti!
