Our e-mail in the spam

Date Added: 04/04/2011
Our ordinary mail box is often invaded by commercial messages. Sometimes they are even annoying… There could be interesting supermarket offers or monthly events and shows cards, but the largest part of the papers which are among important letters and bills to pay just go straightly to the dustbin.
The e-mail is just the web reflection of ordinary mail. With a lot of more pros of course (like sending and receiving speed and no shipping costs), ma also the defect of collecting sometimes useless messages that, in the internet world, are defined as "spam".
As to face all these "spam messages", actually all mail services have a filter which selects the good messages from the spam ones. However these last messages can be retrieved just in the "spam" folder of each service (gmail, yahoo, hotmail, libero, alice, just to mention some of them).
Unfortunately, as it sometimes happens with machines, even "good" e-mails get into the spam and so we spend days and days waiting for very important e-mails that actually lie sadly among undesired promotional messages

Some clients have made us notice that our answering e-mails to their questions have been filtered by spam and they have been obliged to take them from this folder in order to read them. There is not a real reason why our e-mails get into the spam. The only solution we can give to you if you are in this situation is to always check the spam folder. Once you have taken our message back you just have to classify it as "non-spam". Some postal services ask directly if you want to make this operation or not. Some others, by contrast, needs for a manual change to restore the messages as "good" ones. Each service has its user guide. Read it or just ask directly to the customer service. With a few clicks you will receive our messages simply and clearly
