There is a factory that has nothing of the "sad" traditional factory, but is a real campus in Jaipur - the historical heart of India - inside which more than 1,400 people work, three-quarters of whom are women, who can also count on free public transportation to get to their workplace and home at the end of their shifts.

There is a firm resolve to make these people work in a sustainable and always dignified way, and to enhance their craftsmanship know-how, which in this part of India is passed down from generation to generation and results in more than 3 million knitting needles and crochet hooks produced each month and distributed to more than 70 countries around the world.
