The Mystery is going further... With Lizzie Kate!

The Summer is getting closer and... Bringing along a brand new, irresistible Mystery from Lizzie Kate

Like any other Mystery, this is also wrapped up in a veil of secrecy, of course...
However, Linda said:

"I found a lovely saying that inspired another Mystery. It's a lovely mishmash of sampler motifs, cheerful florals and colors and a sweet saying that's just perfect for a mystery sampler. This project is so happy and fun, it just couldn't wait until fall!"

So, we've got some hints

And they aren't little hints, after all, for we also know that this Mystery is like a little gem, it's called "A Little Mystery" has been conceived as a little one on purpose (stitch count 65X161), so that you can stitch it completely in the Summer! It was born little, but thinking to big fun and mystery: Lizzie Kate, in fact, is including a bonus chart at each of the three issues!

The charts are being released on July 15th, August 12th and September 9th, all packaged in the same small-size bags of L*K Little kits, and they will all come with a darling set of stitching accoutrements: 2-sided scissor fob (stitch count 35X39), pin pillow (stitch count 49X50) and a "Mini Mystery" sampler (stitch count 46X79), of course coordinated with the big piece and to be stitched with the same threads.

Talking about the threads, the mystery has already been revealed, since - differently from the previous Mysteries - this time Lizzie Kate will not supply them, but has already communicated the colors needed for this new mystery sampler, as following:

- Avocado (Gentle Art Sampler Threads );
- Holly berry (Gentle Art Sampler Threads );
- Chickpea (Weeks Dye Works);
- Carrot (Weeks Dye Works);
- Grits ((Weeks Dye Works);
- Oscar (Weeks Dye Works);
- Purple haze (Weeks Dye Works);
- Terrapin (Weeks Dye Works);
- Verdigris (Weeks Dye Works);
- and DMC stranded cotton 437, 3042, 3354, 3768.

The model was stitched on a hand-dyed linen from WDW, but Lizzie Kate is not supplying that directly, either, so Casa Cenina is glad to suggest you the Antique Ivory from Zweigart: a color shade that's extremely similar to the WDW selected by the American designer and available in the two most used counts (i.e. 28 and 32), as well as the Parchment Aida from Zweigart, for all the stitchers who prefer stitching on this kind of fabric.

Lizzie Kate will, instead, provide a fantastic embellishment pack - which is not mandatory, of course, but strongly recommended

- including 2 JABC handmade buttons (including exclusive coral ladybug!), hand-dyed button, tiny buttons, mother-of-pearl flower button, "Made with Love" silver tone charm and 2 colors of beads.
