Twitting Just Nan
The
Just Nan has a specific motto which represents its attitude:
Where the unusual is usual. Actually this enterprise has often enjoyed our eyes with its little funny but useful accessories. Here are the new examples of this motto: the twitting needle-keepers.
Daisy,
Lila and
Pinkie are nice birds made of felt, embroidered and decorated with a practical clip which will allow you to keep in order all of your needles. Very original is the
Keep a Little Secret, a little box which contains a mini-sampler with a bleu bird whose back is ideal to organize your needles and pins. Finally here is the
Tea With Honey, a little box made of fabric on which you can put your needles, a
pincushion to be more precise, which reminds of the tea time. But the
Just Nan also presents some other more traditional embroideries, even if they are always stunning like the brand new
Leave it Green with some peculiar
embellishment included.
Just an anecdote.
During the three days spent at the Nashville Trade Fair, last February, we had the pleasure to personally meet -not for the first time, to be honest- Nan, the very nice author of this brand, who is the typical American nice woman from the outh (her enterprise in Cumming, a town in Georgia, in a very colonial style which, in the past, was famous for its gold). While we were chatting about several different things, I asked her why she had chosen this name for her brand. Laughing, she told me that she chose this sentence because, since her childhood, she had to repeat it a lot of times to explain that Nan is just her name! Nan is actually her name, not a nickname for Nancy or some other names.
A little, funny "event on the backstage" that we just wanted to share with you!
