Kazuko has often read her kids the famous Beatrix Potter book dedicated to Peter Rabbit. She fell in love with the story as well and decided to visit the Lake District, where the tale takes place. After her trip, she went on to stitch animals, flowers and many other things that had inspired her throughout her journey. The final result is this beautiful work full of delicate and romantic ideas, where the author mixes and matches the ideas of Beatrix with the well-known minimalist japanese rigor.
