Couple of bath towels - Verona - White

Nice quality for the napkin, the Aida band is very easy to embroider and above all the height of the band is 78 points, I had been looking for a band with more than 60 points for a long time... Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!] |

Aida 14 ct. Chalkboard

The color coincides perfectly with 3799, the fabric is very beautiful and of high quality, the color is particularly suitable for nocturnal settings or when using solid black would give too intense an effect. I will definitely take it again... Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!] |

Kreinik Custom Corder

Well done Cenine for putting it back in the catalog, of course, when you see it arriving it's hard to believe that it's worth what it costs, but I can confirm that after almost 10 years of use it is still perfectly efficient and allows you to make well twisted cords. It all depends on how much you "crank", so it allows you to get the bead exactly as you want, calibrating its twist. The length of the cord depends on how far you are from the origin of the thread (thanks to a ring I hook it to the handle of a door) keeping it taut, I had no difficulty in obtaining cords longer than one meter. Having a wide enough hook it is also possible to insert full-bodied yarns: rat tail, wool, chenille, string. The only obstacle is the lack of imagination! One thing I've never understood is the handle that seems to be able to accommodate an extension cord... but in fact it's not needed! The Cenines know I'm a "maniac", so they won't be surprised to learn that I bought a nice brass plumb bob from the local hardware store. Here, I suggest a heavy weight, to ensure that when you proceed to the final twist it happens perfectly and uniformly. Some needlewomen have found cheaper ways to make the beads with battery tools (much better to have the "pulse" of the twist than with a battery tool you can't control precisely) but, believe me, in many years I have never regret the expense that turned out to be an investment. Of course, highly recommended!.. Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!] |
