It's excellent. Sits much better in my hand than classic hoop. It's perfect size for me. Holds the fabric very well aswell. Taking it off is little tough, but nothing impossible...

Ordered on Monday morning, arrived on Tuesday at 1.30 pm, faster than that! I already had the "little sister", purchased 9 years ago, but I couldn't resist the discount and the ...threat... that DMC no longer produces it. The cost of the yarns alone would be around €200 more, so in any case, even if the price is objectively high, there is still convenience. And then it's my birthday soon and a big gift every now and then is in!..

I bought all of Filofilò's books and thanks to the commitment and availability of the Cenines, I was able to collect this too. As well described in the presentation, it is an autobiography of the embroiderer/author, partly already known through Giuliana's website. What left me dismayed was learning, at the end of the reading, that Giuliana passed away in 2017, in fact the book is edited by her husband, Vito. One more reason to collect this and all the others by Giuliana, a valuable teacher who leaves a void in the world of embroidery as an art..

The box itself seems decent but the bobbins are horrible. They were a complete mess not usable with all the imperfections left from making them. Yes it is less than the DMC version but then I still have to buy bobbins that will be better quality. Not at all the quality I expected...

This Book and the others in the collection have been most inspiring . I have used them over& over again . They are really lovely to use as a guide if you fall in LOVE with this Style of Embroidery...

Very cute, unfortunately the Aida fabric is very very fine (in the sense that it will be 72 holes) and I'm having a bit of trouble embroidering... It should have been a quick embroidery with the name... It would be better to specify it in the presentation of the product..
