Probably the World's best threader for the smallest needles is the Japanese Kawaguchi Escort-II - but it is a bit fragile.
The Italian Perfecto comes a close second and is more rugged in construction.
Takes a little bit of getting used to before you get success every time, but the Perfecto very nearly lives up to its name and will save you a lot of time and frustration...
