The photos of the processing steps round off what is explained in words in the text. Flowers and butterflies seem to really painted, in fact this technique to "satin stitch" is also called "dot painting." With a little 'practice and choosing the right color shades in gradation, I hope to get the results that you see in the photos of this book. If you use silk threads, instead of the simple moulin the embroidered parts, will reflect even more light, and the effect will be even more beautiful! The exciting thing you can create embroideries directly from a photo, because you draw the shape on the fabric (eg of a butterfly), and then following the shades of color in the picture from life, embroidering, without needing default schemas, as you do, however, for cross stitch.
