The embroidery made in Russia
Usually when we talk about embroidery two are the countries which seem to be the leaders: France and USA. But on the cross-stitch market there are also some wonderful European and extra-European realities which challenge the French and the American monopoly.
Among these enterprises here is the Riolis, based in Russia but ready to conquer all the stitching world. With more than 15 years of experience, the Riolis owns the masterpieces of several designers who have realized a lot of patterns for both beginners and experts. The protagonists are some wonderful landscapes, colors and motifs, flowers, animals but also kits to make napkins, pillows etc.

A real leader in the Russian market, the Riolis proposes a lot of reproductions, other than churches and Saints icons. Among the first patterns inserted in our catalog you can find poppies, pansies and iris. These are some of the flowers which are the protagonists of the kits made in Russia. More particular are the "byzantines" Mother of God and Der heilige Nikolaus: these embroideries seem to come directly from an orthodox church.
