9294 Periwinkle is a Kreinik Heavy (#32) Braid metallic thread with a metallic finish: the thickest braid in the range, a round thread about 1.5 mm in diameter, used straight off the card as a single strand. It covers cross stitch on 8-count fabric, needlepoint on 10 to 14 mesh and plastic canvas from 7 to 14; it also works for couching, weaving, crochet and knitting, and for making cords and trims.
