Description

A strawberry study by Véronique Enginger, offered by Les Brodeuses Parisiennes as a semi-kit: the pack holds the numbered chart with its key, a ready-cut piece of linen and a gold-coloured metal dragonfly charm to sew on once the stitching is done.

Threads and needle are not included: you will need the DMC stranded cottons listed alongside the chart. The linen is worked in counted cross stitch, usually over two threads, so some experience with counting helps. The generous square cut leaves plenty of margin for a frame or hoop and for finishing, whether you frame the piece or make it up into a cushion.
