304 Gold Nugget is a Madeira Metallic No. 40 (Art. 9842) metallic thread, Smooth (soft and flexible) type, size 40 (240 dtex). Made for machine embroidery and quilting, it also works well by hand: thread two or more strands in the needle, depending on the fabric and the coverage you want, for cross stitch, French knots, petit point and traditional embroidery. The Snap spool holds 200 m (219 yd).
