Unfortunately, there are serious errors in the template - 2 characters/colors don't exist at all and there are no proper color nuances.

Hi, could you please email us at [email protected] with a picture of the color key and telling us exactly which colors do not exist and which color nuances are not proper? We always publish all reviews, including the negative ones like yours, but since 2021 - when this pattern was uploaded on our website - we have sold several copies of it and nobody has ever reported any mistake, so we'd truly like to understand what's wrong with the copy you purchased and report this to the designer.
