Tree Roots by Vincent van Gogh

Threads in some colors are unavailable. They don't provide a numbering system for purchasing them.

Hello, We are sorry to hear of your disappointment, but we would like to clarify some key technical aspects regarding the management of pre-made embroidery kits. Kits from manufacturers like Thea Gouverneur are designed to include extra thread for each color. As we have explained to you several times via email, it is not possible to request additional thread based on a visual estimate or rough calculation before completing the project. According to the manufacturer's policy, additional thread is only sent if the codes of the missing threads are provided after the embroidery is finished. We have repeatedly confirmed our full willingness to support you and request any missing colors from the manufacturer free of charge once the supplied thread has been used up. We remain convinced that the material included in the original kit would have been sufficient, but we are still available to help obtain any missing threads in cases of objective and verified shortages.
