Traditional hand rotating frame.
The tapestry, or fabric for cross stitcher's, is attached to the frame by over sewing with a strong thread on to the webbing, working from the centre outwards. Then the excess fabric is rolled around the bars and secured in a tight position, so the fabric is drum tight. For extra support, the sides of the fabric can be braced using a large eyed needle and string. Bring the needle up through the fabric then round the side bars and tie off securely.
PLEASE NOTE: in the picture, this frame is mounted on the support "Sonata", that is NOT included!
