I had a very bad experience with this color. A work by massey, a certain effort, everything with this color has faded me. It was about one skein out of three, probably a few years old but I didn't realize while I was doing it about the different bathroom (as it was later pointed out to me). Washed in cold water and Marseille soap it blew me away. Other than 95 degrees. The dmc to which I wrote did not answer me. I hadn't bought this color from home. However, I am very amazed and I wonder if it is their only unstable color. I state that until now I had been happy with their threads and even I have cloths that I wash in the washing machine and bleach sometimes and nothing has ever happened to me.

We are very sorry, but - unfortunately - the \ "ugly \" truth is that textile dyeing is not an exact science ... even on an industrial level and also when it comes to giants like DMC. Even more so, since the European Union has outlawed a series of dyes, which concern red and purple hues, forcing (albeit for a good purpose, this must be said!) Industries to opt for new dyes which are certainly less aggressive and more \ "eco-sustainable \", but on the other hand certainly also less resistant, in some cases. Sure, DMC guarantees all its colors and up to 95 ° C, in fact ... but exceptions and errors also happen to DMC, unfortunately. More than anything else, sorry to see that they have not responded to your report.
