Madeira Stranded Silk : Madeira Silk (art. 018) is Madeira's hand embroidery floss in pure Schappe silk, with 4 divisible strands. Silk glides smoothly through the fabric and gives embroidery a sheen that cotton does not have; use it for cross stitch and all hand embroidery techniques. Each colour comes in a 5 m Spiralpack: the floss stays clean and tangle-free and you pull out from the bottom only the length you need. Colourfast, washable at 60 °C, do not bleach. Made in Germany.
