I recently finished the kit and am extremely disappointed. The pattern has some errors, unfilled squares with no symbols (and then I don't know what color to fill the blanks with), and even a symbol is missing from the colored threads provided by the manufacturer (it's in the pattern, but it's nowhere to be found among the thread symbols). I've tried contacting the manufacturer numerous times, both on Instagram and by email, but I haven't received a response. It's essentially like having a puzzle with so many missing pieces, except that the embroidery took much longer to complete than the puzzle. So, I'm sorry, but I strongly advise against using this kit.

If you had sent us an email with the information you've written here, since you purchased the kit from us, we would have contacted LetiStitch ourselves, and we can assure you that everything would have been resolved, precisely because they are a very reliable company. Furthermore, we have sold several pieces of this kit and no one has ever reported any problems of this kind, so it could indeed be a defective copy, and therefore, all the more reason for us to file a formal report.
