091 Star Yellow (BF)

091 Star Yellow is a Kreinik Blending Filament, a single-ply metallic thread with a metallic finish. The flat, tinsel-like fibre is very fine and light, adding sheen and dimension without bulking up the stitches. Use it on its own for subtle highlights, or run it alongside one or two strands of stranded cotton to give the base colour a metallic glint. Suitable for cross stitch and hand embroidery.

Charts call for this thread by its Kreinik number 091; where a match exists, the table lists the closest DMC Mouliné shades according to the manufacturer. Below you will find the closest shades in the range, handy for substitutions or shading.
