Description

A ginger cat washing its face against a background of blues and turquoise, worked in latch hook: the pre-cut tufts of yarn are knotted into the holes of the canvas with the hook, following the printed colours. There is nothing to count, and the result is a thick, soft pile that is lovely to touch.

The technique is simple and repetitive, suitable for children and for anyone looking for a relaxing project to pick up in the evening. The kit covers the front panel of the cover only: to finish the cushion you will also need backing fabric, a zip or buttons and an inner pad. The finished panel can equally be used as a small rug or hung on the wall.
