Description

A sweet hot air balloon: the balloon itself is a cupcake topped with pink swirls of cream, strawberries, blackberries and blueberries, while the basket is a teacup carrying a little girl and a white rabbit. It is worked in counted cross stitch from a large-square chart, with a few french knots and long stitches for details such as the balloon ropes.

The threads come ready sorted on the organiser, so you can start straight away. The frame is not included: an embroidery hoop and a small pair of scissors are useful too. Once finished, it makes a cheerful picture for a child's room or a present for anyone who loves sweet, storybook designs.
