Description

A penguin wrapped up in hat and scarf, worked in latch hook: the pre-cut lengths of acrylic yarn are knotted one by one into the holes of the canvas with the latch hook, following the colours painted on the mesh. There is nothing to count and the work grows quickly, so it is a project children can join in with.

The kit makes the front of the cushion cover only: to finish the cushion you will also need backing fabric and a pad. Once the pile is complete, the panel is sewn up by hand or by machine; alternatively it can be used as a small rug or hung up as a winter decoration.
