Description

A cushion with two hedgehogs peeping out among the toadstools, worked in cross stitch on a large-hole canvas that is already hand painted. The printed colours guide the stitching, so there is no counting, and the thick yarn covers the canvas quickly.

The kit provides the materials for the front of the cover only: to finish the cushion you will also need backing fabric, a zip or buttons and a 40 × 40 cm pad. It is an easy project for a first piece of needlework and works well as something to stitch with children; the finished panel can also be framed or sewn onto a ready-made cover.
