Disney Cars

An illustrated alphabet from A to Z featuring the Cars characters: Lightning McQueen at the front, Mater, Doc Hudson, Sally, Fillmore and Luigi among dunes, cacti and rocks. A cheerful project for a child's room, and one you can stitch together with an older child by following the symbol chart.

The 14 count Aida has a clearly visible weave: it works up comfortably with two strands of stranded cotton and the regular squares make counting easy. You will also need a hoop or frame and small scissors; the frame shown is not included. Given its upright format, the finished piece looks good framed above a desk or a bed.
