A set of three small pieces devoted to wild flowers, made to be stitched one after the other and hung in a row: together they form a series, but each one also stands on its own. The design is worked in cross stitch with a little back stitch to outline stems and petals.
Their small format makes them easy to carry around and quick to finish, so they suit stitchers with little experience too. The 18 count Aida has small squares: with one or two strands of stranded cotton the result is fine and crisp, and a magnifier or good light helps. The three frames shown in the photo are not included; the finished pieces can be framed, mounted on card or made into small decorative panels.
