Gift bag: Christmas

Three little Christmas bags that come ready made, with a red spotted ribbon handle: all you do is stitch the motif on the front — a star, a reindeer and a small tree — and they are ready to hang on the tree or from a door handle. The natural, jute-like background makes the red and green threads stand out.

The motifs are worked in counted cross stitch from the chart on a fairly fine weave, so good light and, if you like, a magnifier will help. The bags are already sewn, so no sewing machine is needed: once the stitching is done, fill them with sweets, a small gift or a note.
