Description

A set for making three hand-stitched greeting cards, featuring the classic nutcracker and a Christmas tree piled with presents. You stitch on the Aida supplied, using cross stitch for the filled areas and back stitch for the outlines; the finished piece is then mounted inside the pre-cut card and closed, ready to send in its envelope.

Aida with 7 stitches per cm is fairly fine, so good light and, if it helps, a magnifier make the work easier. The threads come pre-sorted on an organiser, so all you need to add is a small pair of scissors. A quick project, handy if time is short before the holidays.
