Description

A height chart for a child's room, with a giraffe and a lamb hugging each other, chicks in party hats, a hedgehog and balloons alongside the numbers from 70 to 120 cm. The chart includes an alphabet, so the child's name and date of birth can be stitched at the top, as shown in the photo.

It is worked in counted cross stitch on Aida, with a few long stitches and back stitch for the outlines; the large-square chart is easy to follow even with limited experience. All you need to add is a hoop or frame and a small pair of scissors. Once finished, hem the fabric and hang it, for example from a wooden rod, which is not part of the kit.
