Description

A height chart to work in counted cross stitch: beside the centimetre scale, Popcorn the teddy bear holds up a little tower of friends, while the top of the panel is left free for a name and birth details. The alphabet included in the chart lets you add the child's name, date and birth weight, which makes it a thoughtful gift for a new baby or a christening.

Alongside the cross stitch there are a few half cross stitches, long stitches, back stitch outlines and French knots for the details: all straightforward stitches, explained in the instructions. Hanging rods or a wooden dowel for mounting the finished chart are not included, and a hoop or frame is useful while stitching.
