Description

A height chart for a child's room, with a shrimp and a turtle swimming among coral and starfish and the centimetre marks stitched along the edge. The chart includes an alphabet, so you can add the child's name and date of birth as shown in the photo, which makes it a lovely gift for a birth or a christening.

It is worked in counted cross stitch from a large-square chart, with a few long stitches and back stitch for the outlines. You will also need a hoop or frame and small scissors; the frame and any hanging rod are not included. Once finished, simply hem the edges or mount the band on a sturdy ribbon.
