Koala with Baby

A mother koala and her baby worked in counted cross stitch, with many shades of grey that give the fur its soft look, among the green eucalyptus leaves. The background is left unstitched, so the work grows quickly despite the fairly large format, and the large-square chart is easy to follow even if you have only been stitching for a short while.

The kit contains all the materials you need to stitch the design; you only have to add a pair of small scissors and, if you like to keep the fabric taut, a hoop or frame. Once finished, wash gently, press on the wrong side and take it to be framed: the frame is not included.
