Description

A portrait of three labrador puppies worked entirely in shades of sepia: just a few well-graded colours that give softness to the coats and the eyes. It is stitched in counted cross stitch on ecru Aida, following a large-square chart that is easy to read even if this is your first project with blended shades.

The kit provides fabric, threads, needle and instructions; you will also need a hoop or frame, small scissors and good light. The frame shown in the photo is not included: once finished, the piece looks well framed with a pale mount, which brings out the neutral tones of the design.
