Description

A cluster of pansies in pink, lilac and blue, surrounded by airy grasses, ferns and a few butterflies: a bright piece on a pale ground, worked almost entirely in cross stitch with a little long stitch for the finer stems.

The Aida has clearly visible holes and the chart is printed in large squares, so it is easy to pick up again after a break. You will also want a hoop or frame for stitching, and the picture frame is not included: the finished work can be framed or mounted as a decorative panel. With 29 shaded colours it pays to sort the threads onto the organizer before you start.
