Three ready-made white Aida bags to stitch in counted cross stitch with butterflies in blue and purple tones. Being small projects, they work up quickly: a good choice for anyone starting out in counted cross stitch, and equally handy for experienced stitchers who want a short break between larger pieces.
Originally intended to hold herbs or dried flowers, they also make pretty jewellery pouches, drawer sachets or gift bags. The embroidery threads and the closing cord are included; a small hoop and a pair of embroidery scissors are useful additions. Aida 18 is fairly fine, so it is usually worked with one strand of stranded cotton, with good light or a magnifier if needed.
